As well as a satisfied customer, the welfare of the fish is important to us at Aqualife2U, all efforts are made to ensure that the fish are not subjected to any unnecessary stress.
Packaging
- All fish are double bagged using 250 gauge polythene bags
- Bags are filled with pure oxygen
- All pond fish are Shipped in double corrugated "tough boxes"
- Acclimatization leaflet included
Courier Service
The courier that we use has a vast knowledge and understanding of transporting koi and other livestock, we have found them to offer both a professional and courteous service to both us and our customers.
Minimum Orders
Please note there is a £20 minimum order at Aqualife2U.
The Delivery Options Available Are as Follows
- Next day: £13.95
- Free next day delivery on orders over £50.00 (only £2.50 for before noon)
Customers based in certain areas of Scotland may be required to pay a delivery surcharge. Your delivery price will be automatically adjusted if your post code begins with any of the following:
Surcharge Band 1
- IV, AB, PH, PA, DD, FK, KY
Surcharge Band 2
- G, EH, ML, KA, DG, TD
Cut Off Time
All Pond fish orders for delivery the following day, to be received no later than 12noon.
Areas In The UK That We Deliver To
All Mainland England and Wales. We deliver to most parts of Scotland, however We dont deliver to KW postcodes and Some IV Postcodes. If you have an IV postcode it may be worth sending us a quick email just to confirm if we can deliver to you. We cannot deliver to any islands within the UK, i.e. Isle Of Man, Ise of Skye etc. We can deliver to Northern Ireland only if your under a BT postcode, this will be charged at £35 for Delivery.

All orders will be delivered next day, unless otherwise stated at checkout. If you do require a day of delivery other than next day, please bear in mind only one of the delivery days stated above can be chosen.
