Deceased Fish

All of our fish have a 5 day guarantee, the reason we offer this guarantee is to give our customers confidence when purchasing fish online, we do not and would not continue selling on line if we had a high mortality rate. Our fish generally do not arrive dead and on the few occasions that they have in the last 5 years trading, there have been other factors i.e delays in delivery. If your fish do not survive the guarantee, cover the deceased fish in salt and place in an airtight container i.e. polythene bag or cling film then call 07896 713848 for instructions on returning the fish.

Once we have received the fish and are satisfied that the terms of our guarantee have been met, we will endeavor to refund you within 48 hours. In some cases water samples may be requested for testing.
